BD16852EFV-C는 파워 DMOS FET로 모터 구동부를 구성하여 내장한 드라이버입니다. 위치 검출을 위한 홀 소자가 필요없는 120° 통전 센서리스 구동을 탑재하였으며, 다양한 출력 보호 기능으로 자가 진단 및 자가 복귀 기능을 구비하여 심플하게 시스템을 구성할 수 있습니다. 또한, 보호 알람 신호 출력 기능을 통해 각 출력 보호 상태의 판정이 용이해짐에 따라, 세트에서의 traceability 향상에 기여합니다.
