BD16805FV-M은 에어컨 블로워 모터 (송풍 모터), 배터리 냉각 팬, 시트 냉각 팬 등의 3상 모터용 드라이버입니다. A Product Change Notice (PCN) is scheduled for this product.
180° 통전 PWM 구동으로 모터의 구동음을 저감하며, 진각 제어 기능을 내장함으로써 고효율 구동이 가능합니다. 또한, lock 보호 시간 · 과전류 보호 제한 · PWM 주파수 · 기동 시간을 외장 정수를 통해 가변할 수 있으므로 각종 모터 제어에 대응 가능합니다.
