ML630Q464/ML630Q466는 고성능 저전력 32bit 마이크로 컨트롤러입니다. 32bit CPU 코어 Cortex-M0+를 탑재하고 있으며, 64KB~128KB 플래시 메모리, 8KB~16KB RAM, USB Full speed 장치, 동기 시리얼 포트, UART, I2C 버스 인터페이스, 공급 전압 레벨 감지 회로, RC 발진형 A/D 컨버터, 순차 근사형 A/D 컨버터 및 LCD 드라이버 등 풍부한 주변 회로를 탑재하고 있습니다. 또한 소프트웨어로 쓰기 가능한 데이터 플래시 메모리 영역과 소프트웨어에서 프로그램 영역을 다시 쓸 수 있는 기능을 갖추고 있습니다.
