ML63Q2554는 32비트 Arm® Cortex®-M0+ 프로세서와 AI 가속기 「AxlCORE-ODL」을 탑재한 MCU입니다. 또한, CAN FD 컨트롤러, 3상 모터 제어 PWM, 2개의 A/D 컨버터, 아날로그 비교기, I²C, SPI, UART를 포함한 다양한 주변 회로를 내장하고 있습니다. AI 처리 중 약 40mW의 저소비전력으로 산업 기기 및 가전제품의 고장 예측 검출에 최적의 솔루션입니다.
라인업 중 이 제품은 128KByte ROM 용량, 64pin 패키지를 특징으로 합니다.
