ML63Q2537은 32bit Arm® Cortex®-M0+ 프로세서와 AI 가속기 「AxlCORE-ODL」을 탑재한 MCU입니다. CAN FD 컨트롤러, 3상 모터 제어용 PWM, 2채널 A/D 컨버터, 아날로그 콤퍼레이터, I²C, SPI, UART 등 다양한 주변 회로를 내장하고 있습니다. AI 처리 시 소비전류는 약 40mW로 낮아 산업기기 및 가전제품의 고장 예측 진단에 최적의 솔루션을 제공합니다.
이 라인업 제품은 256KByte ROM 용량, 48pin 패키지를 특징으로 합니다.
