ML63Q2534는 32비트 Arm® Cortex®-M0+ 프로세서와 AI 가속기 「AxlCORE-ODL」을 탑재한 MCU입니다. CAN FD 컨트롤러, 3상 모터 제어 PWM, 2개의 A/D 컨버터, 아날로그 비교기, I²C, SPI, UART 등 다양한 주변 회로도 내장하고 있습니다. AI 처리 시 약 40mW의 저소비전력을 실현하여 산업기기 및 가전제품의 고장 예측 진단에 최적의 솔루션을 제공합니다.
이 라인업 중 본 제품은 128KB ROM 용량, 48핀 패키지를 특징으로 합니다.
