ML62Q1500/ML62Q1800 그룹은 16비트 CPU nX-U16/100을 탑재하고 프로그램 메모리(플래시 메모리), 데이터 메모리(RAM), 데이터 플래시, 그리고 곱셈기/나눗셈기, CRC 연산자, DMA 컨트롤러, 클럭 생성기, 간이 RTC, 타이머, UART, 동기 직렬 포트, I2C 버스 인터페이스 장치, 부저, 전압 레벨 수퍼바이저(VLS), 순차 근사형 A/D 컨버터, D/A 컨버터, 아날로그 비교기, 안전 기능 등 다양한 주변 기능을 통합한 고성능 CMOS 16비트 마이크로컨트롤러입니다.
CPU nX-U16/100은 파이프라인 아키텍처 병렬 처리를 통해 1-명령 1-클럭 모드에서 효율적인 명령 실행이 가능합니다.
내장된 온칩 디버그 기능은 소프트웨어 디버깅 및 프로그래밍을 가능하게 합니다. 또한, ISP(In-System Programming) 기능은 생산 라인에서 플래시 프로그래밍을 지원합니다.
ML62Q1500/ML62Q1800 그룹은 5가지 패키지(48핀 - 100핀)와 10가지 메모리 크기(32K바이트 - 512K바이트)를 제공합니다.
