ML62Q1500/ML62Q1800 그룹은 16bit CPU nX-U16/100을 탑재하고 프로그램 메모리 (Flash memory), 데이터 메모리 (RAM), 데이터 플래시 및 곱셈/나눗셈기, CRC 연산자, DMA 컨트롤러, 클록 제너레이터, 간이 RTC, 타이머, UART, 동기 직렬 포트, I2C 버스 인터페이스 유닛, 버저, 전압 레벨 수퍼바이저(VLS), 축차 근사형 A/D 컨버터, D/A 컨버터, 아날로그 콤퍼레이터, 안전 기능 등 풍부한 주변 기능을 통합한 고성능 CMOS 16bit 마이크로 컨트롤러입니다.
CPU nX-U16/100은 파이프라인 아키텍처 병렬 처리를 통해 1 명령어 1 클록 모드로 효율적인 명령어 실행이 가능합니다.
내장 온칩 디버그 기능을 통해 소프트웨어 디버깅 및 프로그래밍이 가능하며, ISP(In-System Programming)
기능은 생산 라인에서의 플래시 프로그래밍을 지원합니다.
ML62Q1500/ML62Q1800 그룹은 5가지 패키지 (48핀 ~ 100핀)와 10가지 메모리 사이즈 (32KB ~ 512KB)를 제공합니다.
