ML62Q1500/ML62Q1800 그룹은 16bit CPU nX-U16/100을 탑재하고, 프로그램 메모리 (Flash 메모리), 데이터 메모리 (RAM), 데이터 Flash, 승제산기, CRC 연산기, DMA 컨트롤러, 클록 제너레이터, 간이 RTC, 타이머, UART, 동기식 시리얼 포트, I2C 버스 인터페이스, 부저, VLS (Voltage Level Supervisor), 고속 연속 비교형 A/D 컨버터, D/A 컨버터, 아날로그 콤퍼레이터, 안전 기능 등 풍부한 주변 기능을 내장한 고성능 CMOS 16bit 마이크로 컨트롤러입니다. CPU nX-U16/100은 파이프라인 아키텍처 병렬 처리 방식으로 1 명령어 1 클록 모드에서 효율적인 명령 실행이 가능합니다. 내장된 온칩 디버그 기능으로 소프트웨어 디버깅 및 프로그래밍이 가능합니다. 또한, ISP (In-System Programming) 기능은 생산 라인에서의 Flash 프로그래밍을 지원합니다. ML62Q1500/ML62Q1800 그룹은 5가지 패키지 (48핀 ~ 100핀)와 10가지 메모리 용량 (32Kbyte ~ 512Kbyte)으로 제공됩니다.
