ML62Q1500C 그룹은 16비트 CPU nX-U16/100을 탑재하고 프로그램 메모리 (Flash 메모리), 데이터 메모리 (RAM), 데이터 Flash, 그리고 곱셈기/나눗셈기, CRC 제너레이터, DMA 컨트롤러, 클록 제너레이터, 간소화된 RTC, 타이머, 범용 포트, UART, 동기식 시리얼 포트, I²C 버스 인터페이스 유닛 (마스터, 슬레이브), 부저, Voltage Level Supervisor (VLS), 연속 근사형 A/D 컨버터, D/A 컨버터, 아날로그 콤퍼레이터, 안전 기능 (IEC60730/60335 Class B) 등 풍부한 주변 기능을 통합한 고성능 CMOS 16비트 마이크로컨트롤러입니다.
CPU nX-U16/100은 파이프라인 아키텍처 병렬 처리를 통해 1-instruction 1-clock 모드에서 효율적인 명령어 실행이 가능합니다.
내장된 온칩 디버그 기능을 통해 소프트웨어 디버깅 및 프로그래밍이 가능합니다. 또한, ISP (In-System Programming) 기능은 생산 라인에서 Flash 프로그래밍을 지원합니다.
