ML62Q1300 Group은 16bit CPU nX-U16/100을 탑재한 고성능 CMOS 16bit 마이크로 컨트롤러로, 프로그램 메모리 (Flash 메모리), 데이터 메모리 (RAM), 데이터 플래시 및 승산기 / 분할기, CRC 연산자, DMA 컨트롤러, 클록 제너레이터, 타이머, UART, 동기식 시리얼 포트, I2C 버스 인터페이스 장치, 부저, 전압 레벨 슈퍼바이저 (VLS), 연속 근사 타입 A/D 컨버터, D/A 컨버터, 아날로그 비교기, 안전 기능 등 풍부한 주변 기능을 내장하고 있습니다.
CPU nX-U16/100은 파이프라인 아키텍처 병렬 처리에 의해 1 명령어 1 클록 모드로 효율적인 명령어 실행이 가능합니다.
내장된 온칩 디버그 기능은 소프트웨어 디버깅 및 프로그래밍을 가능하게 합니다. 또한, ISP (In-System Programming) 기능은 생산 라인에서 플래시 프로그래밍을 지원합니다.
ML62Q1300 Group은 5가지 패키지 (16핀 - 32핀)와 5가지 종류의 메모리 크기 (16Kbyte - 64Kbyte)를 제공합니다.
