ML62Q1300 Group은 16bit CPU nX-U16/100을 탑재한 고성능 CMOS 16bit 마이크로 컨트롤러로, 프로그램 메모리 (Flash memory), 데이터 메모리 (RAM), 데이터 Flash, 승산기/나눗셈기, CRC 연산자, DMA 컨트롤러, 클록 제너레이터, 타이머, UART, 동기 직렬 포트, I2C 버스 인터페이스 유닛, 부저, Voltage Level Supervisor(VLS), 순차 근사형 A/D 컨버터, D/A 컨버터, 아날로그 콤퍼레이터, 안전 기능 등 풍부한 주변 기능을 내장하고 있습니다.
CPU nX-U16/100은 파이프라인 아키텍처 병렬 처리를 통해 1-instruction 1-clock 모드에서 효율적인 명령어 실행이 가능합니다.
내장된 온칩 디버그 기능으로 소프트웨어 디버깅 및 프로그래밍이 가능합니다. 또한, ISP (In-System Programming) 기능은 생산 라인에서의 Flash 프로그래밍을 지원합니다.
ML62Q1300 Group은 5가지 패키지 (16pin – 32pin)와 5가지 메모리 사이즈 (16Kbyte – 64Kbyte)를 제공합니다.
