FAQ
  • uEASE cannot be connected.
    • Confirm that uEASE is connected properly.
      For details on the proper uEASE connection, refer to "Connection to On-chip Debug Emulator" in Chapter "On-Chip Debug Function" of the User's Manual for the target product.
      To confirm the connection, use a simple tester to measure a resistance value between pins on the LSI and uEASE.
      When the resistance value is 1 kΩ or less, there is no problem.
      In particular, be careful of power sources such as VDD, VDDL, and VSS because you tend to connect them improperly.
