This error occurs when creating a LEXIDE-U16 project in a path folder that contains double-byte characters or spaces. The LEXIDE-U16 project should be a path folder that does not include double-byte characters and spaces. For the characters that can be used in the path / folder name, refer to "11.2 Restrictions on Input Value" in the "LEXIDE-U16 User's Manual".
