For reset ICs, describe the SUB pin and the behavior of the IC when this pin is connected and open.
- The SUB pin is connected to the IC substrate, which can be N-type (VDD potential) or P-type (VSS potential) depending on the product. It is necessary to connect the N-type to VDD and P-type to ground. Although the SUB terminal operates even when open, malfunction due to noise will occur, making terminal management necessary.
