BU97550KV-M은 1/8, 1/7, 1/5, 1/4, 1/3 duty, Static 오토모티브 용도의 범용 LCD 드라이버로, 최대 528 세그먼트의 LCD를 표시할 수 있습니다.
본 제품은 높은 LCD 전압 구동 및 높은 프레임 주파수 구동을 지원함으로써 표시 품질이 우수한 VA LCD 구동도 가능합니다. 최대 9 출력의 범용 / PWM 출력 제어가 가능하며, 풍부한 주파수 설정 기능을 통해 플리커 현상이 없는 LED 백라이트 및 LED 버튼의 일루미네이션을 실현할 수 있습니다. 또한, 최대 30key의 키 스캔 기능을 내장하여 PCB 상의 배선 삭감, MCU의 소형화, 비용 절감도 가능합니다. EVR 기능을 내장하여 LCD 콘트라스트 조정도 가능하며, TTL 레벨 입력을 지원하여 다양한 전원전압의 MCU에 직접 접속할 수 있습니다.
