자동차 COG용 Low Duty LCD 세그먼트 드라이버
BU91R65CH-M3BW는 1/4, 1/3, 1/2 Duty, Static에 대응하는 COG 타입의 차량용 범용 LCD 드라이버로, 최대 640 세그먼트의 LCD를 표시할 수 있습니다. 또한, 드라이버를 최대 4개까지 캐스케이드 접속할 수 있어, 더욱 큰 판넬에 대응 가능합니다.
본 제품은 높은 LCD 전압 구동이나 높은 프레임 주파수 구동을 서포트함으로써, 표시 품질이 우수한 VA LCD 구동도 가능합니다.
또한, 표시 데이터 · 명령 레지스터의 리딩 기능을 구비하여, 노이즈로 인한 오동작을 검출할 수 있습니다. 그 외에도, MCU 통신의 checksum, 글래스 파손, 로직 회로 상태, SEG / COM 단자의 토글 동작의 이상 상태 검출을 서포트합니다. ITO 저항 측정용 단자를 사용함으로써 COG의 실장 불량 관리도 용이해집니다. +105°C 동작도 서포트하며, 차량용 어플리케이션에 요구되는 AEC-Q100에도 대응하는 제품입니다.
