BU91796FS-M은 1/4 duty 오토모티브 용도의 범용 LCD 드라이버로, 최대 80 세그먼트의 LCD를 표시할 수 있습니다.
본 제품은 높은 LCD 전압 구동 및 높은 프레임 주파수 구동을 지원함으로써 표시 품질이 우수한 VA LCD 구동도 가능합니다. +105℃ 동작도 지원하여, 자동차 어플리케이션에 요구되는 AEC-Q100 Grade2에도 준거하는 제품입니다.
표시용 RAM을 내장함으로써 마이크로 컨트롤러의 부하를 경감할 수 있으며, 외장 부품도 불필요하여 저소비전력을 실현합니다.
