BU97960MUV는 1/4, 1/8 duty 범용 LCD 드라이버로, 최대 120 세그먼트의 LCD 표시가 가능하여, 민생기기 및 배터리 구동 기기의 LCD 표시에 최적입니다.
표시용 RAM을 내장함으로써 마이크로 컨트롤러의 부하를 경감할 수 있으며, 외장 부품도 불필요하여 저소비전력을 실현합니다. 또한, EVR 기능을 내장하여, LCD 콘트라스트 조정도 가능합니다.
