BU97941FV는 1/4, 1/3 duty, Static LCD 드라이버입니다. 최대 104 세그먼트의 LCD 표시가 가능하여, 민생기기 및 배터리 구동 기기의 LCD 표시에 최적입니다.
표시용 RAM을 내장함으로써 마이크로 컨트롤러의 부하를 겸감할 수 있으며, 외장 부품도 불필요하여 저소비전력을 실현합니다. 최대 4ch의 LED 드라이버도 내장하여, 백라이트 · 버튼 LED 등의 일루미네이션도 실현할 수 있습니다.
