ML86640은 NTSC/PAL 포맷과 호환되는 소형 디지털 비디오 인코더입니다.
인코더는 ITU-R BT.656, ITU-R BT.601 등과 같은 디지털 이미지 입력을 아날로그 이미지 신호로 변환합니다.
프로그레시브 디지털 입력으로부터 인터레이스 비디오 출력을 생성할 수 있는 P/I 변환 기능이 내장되어 있습니다.
