BD9S400MUF-C는 저 ON 저항 파워 MOSFET를 내장한 동기정류 강압 DC/DC 컨버터입니다. 최대 4A의 전류를 출력할 수 있습니다. SLLM™ 제어로, 경부하 시에도 효율 특성이 양호하여 대기 시 전력 삭감에 최적입니다. 스위칭 주파수가 2.2MHz로 고속이므로 소형 인덕터 사용이 가능합니다. 전류 모드 제어를 통해 고속 부하 응답과 간단한 위상보상 설정을 실현합니다. 또한, 외부 펄스에 동기 가능합니다.
