250V 내압 MOSFET를 출력 트랜지스터로 채용하여, 150° / 120° 컨트롤러 칩, 게이트 드라이버 칩과 함께 소형 면실장 풀 몰딩 패키지에 내장한 3상 Brushless 팬 모터 드라이버입니다. 과전류, 온도, 저전압 등의 보호 기능 및 Bootstrap 다이오드도 내장하여, 모터 기판의 소형화를 실현할 수 있습니다.
