BD62221MUV는 DC Brush 모터 2개 또는 바이폴라 스테핑 모터 1개를 구동할 수 있는 H-bridge 2회로 내장 타입의 모터 드라이버입니다. 다이렉트 PWM 제어 또는 정전류 PWM 제어로, 고효율 구동이 가능합니다. 각종 보호회로를 내장하고 있으며, 이러한 보호회로의 동작을 통지하는 이상 검출 신호도 출력할 수 있어, 세트의 고신뢰성화에 기여합니다.
