본제품은 기존의 TO-252 패키지 (6.60mm×10.00mm×2.30mm) 대비 면적 약 31％, 두께 약 27％를 삭감할 수 있어, 어플리케이션의 소형화 및 박형화에 기여합니다. 또한, TO-252 패키지의 기판 상의 배선 패턴 (랜드 패턴)을 사용할 수 있으므로, 기존의 회로 기판을 그대로 사용할 수 있습니다.
