What is the analog signal input voltage range of the I/O pin for the BU4066BC and BU4S66 analog switch ICs? Also, can they be used with dual power supplies?
Since the BU4066BC and BU4S66 use a common power supply for the analog input/output and digital control input pins, a single power supply is normally used. When using two power supplies, the power supply is connected to VDD and the negative to VSS, but since the control input circuit is also connected to VDD and VSS, the voltages of the 'H' and 'L' control input signals must also be set to VDD and VSS to support the dual power supply.
