  • What is the difference between ML7345 and ML7345D?
    • The following changes are added to ML7345D.
       - Supports the packet format without length (format D)
      - Wireless M-Bus Extended Link Layer format is extended
      - Improved BER/PER characteristics at strong input (range of approximately 0 to -20 dBm) in wideband reception (50 kbps or higher)
      - Frequency changed for RF-enabled
      ML7345: 160 MHz to 960 MHz band
      ML7345D: 315 MHz to 960 MHz band
      - Increased current consumption (transmission/reception/Idle) ML7345D current = ML7345 current + 400 uA
