로옴의 자유 지연 시간 설정 CMOS Voltage Detector (리셋) IC 시리즈는 CMOS 프로세스를 채용한 고정밀도 · 저소비전류의 지연 회로 내장 CMOS 리셋 IC 시리즈입니다. 지연 시간을 외장 콘덴서로 설정할 수 있습니다. 어플리케이션에 따라 선택이 가능하도록 Nch 오픈 드레인 출력의 BD52xx-2M 시리즈와 CMOS 출력의 BD53xx-2M 시리즈를 구비하였습니다. 검출전압은 0.9V~5.0V까지 0.1V 스텝의 라인업을 구비하고 있습니다. -40℃~105℃까지의 모든 동작온도 범위에서 지연 시간 정밀도를 ±30% 이내로 억제하였습니다.
