로옴의 자유 지연시간 설정 윈도우 Voltage Detector IC 시리즈는 CMOS 프로세스를 채용한 고정밀도 · 저소비전류의 지연 회로 내장 CMOS 리셋 IC 시리즈입니다. 외장 콘덴서를 통해 지연시간을 설정할 수 있습니다. 출력 형식은 Nch 오픈 드레인으로, Dual 출력입니다. -40℃에서 +125℃까지의 모든 동작온도 범위에서 지연시간 정밀도를 ±50% 이내로 억제하였습니다.
