Low Duty LCD 세그먼트 드라이버

BU97981GU는 1/4, 1/3 duty, Static 범용 LCD 드라이버로, 최대 196 세그먼트의 LCD를 표시할 수 있습니다.
표시용 RAM을 내장함으로써 마이크로 컨트롤러의 부하를 겸감할 수 있으며, 외장 부품도 불필요하여 저소비전력을 실현합니다. 최대 31 출력의 범용 출력을 제어함으로써 LED 소자 등의 점등이 가능합니다. 또한, 3ch의 PWM 기능 탑재 LED 드라이버도 내장하여, 백라이트 · 버튼 LED 등의 일루미네이션도 실현할 수 있습니다. 소형 BGA 패키지 채용으로 소형 기판 어플리케이션에 최적입니다.
