1.0A 출력 FET 내장 타입 고효율 강압 스위칭 레귤레이터 - BU90104GWZ

BU90104GWZ는 최대 6MHz의 스위칭 주파수로 동작하고, 소형 · 고효율을 동시에 실현한 강압 스위칭 레귤레이터입니다. 최대 1.0A (VIN=3.0 ~ 5.5V 시)의 출력전류에 대응하여, 배터리 구동 휴대기기에 최적입니다. MODE 단자의 로직에 따라 강제 PWM 모드 또는 PWM / PFM 모드의 자동 전환을 선택할 수 있습니다. PFM 모드 시에는 자기 소비전류를 경감하여, 경부하 시의 효율을 개선합니다.
