BU**TD2WNVX / BU**TD3WG 시리즈는 초소형 패키지 SSON004X1010 (1.0mm×1.0mm×0.6mm)과 SSOP5 (2.9mm×2.8mm×1.15mm)를 채용한 200mA 출력의 고성능 Full CMOS 레귤레이터입니다. 회로전류 35μA의 저소비전류이며, 노이즈 특성 및 부하 응답 특성이 우수하여 로직 IC용 전원, RF용 전원, 카메라 모듈용 전원 등 다양한 용도의 어플리케이션에 최적입니다.
