로옴의 포터블기기용 LDO 레귤레이터는 자사의 CMOS 프로세스를 사용하여 저소비전력 · 고정밀도를 실현하였습니다. 고주파 회로용 High ripple rejection CMOS LDO 레귤레이터 시리즈는 High ripple rejection 80dB (Typ., 1kHz)을 실현한 150mA 출력의 고성능 CMOS 레귤레이터입니다. 라인 레귤레이션, 로드 레귤레이션, 노이즈 특성이 모두 향상되어, 고성능 아날로그 어플리케이션에 최적입니다. 또한, 패키지는 방열판을 내장한 초소형 HVSOF5를 채용하여 세트의 스페이스 절약 설계에 기여합니다.
