BD9701 / BD9703 / BD9702는 PWM 방식의 스위칭 레귤레이터입니다. 경부하 시의 효율을 높이기 위해 Pch 스위칭 FET를 내장하고 있습니다. 또한, Bi-CMOS 프로세스를 사용함으로써 회로전류 4mA (Typ.), 스탠바이 시 회로전류 0μA (Typ.)를 실현, 세트의 저소비전류화에 기여합니다.
