승압형 1ch 대형 화면용 백색 LED 드라이버
BD9486F는 대형 화면의 LCD 드라이버용으로 설계된 백색 LED용 고효율 드라이버입니다. 본 IC는 라이트 소스 (LED를 직렬로 접속한 어레이)에 적절한 전압을 공급할 수 있는 DC/DC 컨버터를 내장하고 있습니다.
또한, 이상 상태에 대한 각종 보호 기능으로서 과전압 보호 (OVP : over voltage protection), 과전류 검출 (OCP : over current limit protection of DCDC), LED 과전류 보호 (LED OCP: LED over current protection), 과승압 보호 (FBMAX : over boost protection) 등을 내장하고 있습니다. 따라서, 넓은 출력전압 조건과 부하 조건에서 사용이 가능합니다.
