BD4275FPJ-C는 45V 고내압 레귤레이터로, 출력을 감시하는 리셋을 내장하고 있습니다. 출력전류 능력 500mA와 동시에 암전류를 억제하여, 시스템의 저소비전류화에 적합합니다. 레귤레이터 출력이 4.62V (Typ.)를 밑돌면 리셋 신호를 출력합니다. 리셋 신호의 복귀 지연시간은 외장 콘덴서를 통해 조정할 수 있습니다.
