BD4269EFJ-C는 45V 고내압 레귤레이터로, IC의 출력전압 저하를 감시하는 리셋 회로와 IC의 입력 전원전압 또는 다른 전원전압의 저하를 감시하는 리셋 회로를 내장하고 있습니다. 암전류를 낮게 억제하여 시스템의 저소비전류화에 적합합니다. 출력 저전압 리셋, 전원전압 검출 리셋은 외장 저항을 통해 검출전압을 조정할 수 있습니다. 또한, 리셋의 복귀 지연시간은 외장 콘덴서를 통해 조정할 수 있습니다.
