BD3650FP는 36V 고내압 오토모티브용 레귤레이터입니다. 출력 위상보상 콘덴서로 세라믹 콘덴서를 사용할 수 있으며, 출력전압 정밀도 ±2%를 실현하였습니다. 또한, 만일의 쇼트 발생 시에도 발열을 억제하는 フ자형 과전류 보호회로를 채용하여 까다로운 환경에서 사용되는 자동차의 전원 회로에서 높은 신뢰성을 실현할 수 있습니다.
