BD357xYFP, BD357xYHFP 시리즈는 50V 고내압의 오토모티브용 레귤레이터입니다. 출력전류 500mA와 동시에 소비전류를 30μA (Typ.)로 억제하여, 배터리 직결 시스템의 저소비전류화에 최적입니다. 출력 위상보상 콘덴서로 세라믹 콘덴서를 사용할 수 있으며, 출력전압 정밀도는 ±2%입니다. 쇼트 시에도 발열을 억제하는 フ자형 과전류 보호회로를 채용하여, 까다로운 환경에서 사용되는 자동차의 전원 회로에서 높은 신뢰성을 실현할 수 있습니다.
