BD33FC0FP는 1A까지 공급 가능한 저포화 타입 레귤레이터입니다. 출력전압은 고정 타입이며, 패키지는 TO252-3을 채용하였습니다. 본 IC는 출력 단락 등으로 인한 IC 파괴를 방지하는 과전류 보호, 과부하 상태 등으로 인한 열파괴로부터 IC를 보호하는 온도 보호회로를 내장하고 있습니다.
