로옴의 세컨더리 LDO 레귤레이터 시리즈는 소형 · 저전력화가 요구되는 다양한 디바이스의 성능을 최대화하여, Low Noise로 안정된 전원 회로를 구성합니다. 1A 로컬 전원용 고정출력 세컨더리 LDO 레귤레이터는 출력전압 정밀도 ±2%를 실현하고, 출력전류 1.0A 공급이 가능한 저포화 레귤레이터입니다. 출력전압 라인업, 면실장 (TO252)과 삽입 (TO220FP / CP) 패키지 라인업, ADJ 및 1.5V~10V의 출력전압 조합에 따라 풍부한 라인업을 구비하고 있습니다. TV, HDD, PC, DVD 등 폭넓은 어플리케이션에 사용 가능합니다. 본 시리즈는 출력 단락 등으로 인한 IC 파괴를 방지하는 과전류 보호회로, 과부하 상태 등으로 인한 열파괴로부터 IC를 보호하는 온도 보호회로를 내장하고 있습니다.
