로옴의 3단자 레귤레이터는 출력전압 고정으로 5V, 6V, 7V, 8V, 9V, 10V, 12V, 15V, 18V, 20V, 24V의 11종류를 구비하고 있습니다. 전류 용량도 0.5A, 1A의 2가지 타입을 구비하여, 패키지와의 조합에 따라 풍부한 라인업을 제공합니다. 타사의 3단자 레귤레이터와 pin-to-pin 호환이 가능하므로, 본 시리즈로 다양한 세트의 전원회로를 구성할 수 있습니다. 또한, 과전류보호 / 과전압보호 / 안전동작영역 제한회로 등 각종 보호회로를 탑재하여, 높은 신뢰성을 실현합니다.
