1A 가변출력 LDO 레귤레이터 - BA1117FP

BA1117FP는 1A 출력의 가변 타입 LDO 레귤레이터입니다. (기준전압 : VREF= 1.25V) 패키지는 스페이스 절약화 및 열 특성이 우수한 TO252-3 패키지를 채용하였습니다. IC의 안정화를 위해서는 일반적인 22uF의 세라믹 콘덴서 또는 탄탈 콘덴서가 출력에 필요합니다. 칩 트리밍을 통해 25℃에서 ±1%라는 고정밀도 기준전압을 실현하였습니다.
