BU91510KV-M은 1/4, 1/3 duty 오토모티브 용도의 범용 LCD 드라이버로, 최대 204 세그먼트의 LCD를 표시할 수 있습니다.
본 제품은 높은 LCD 전압 구동 및 높은 프레임 주파수 구동을 지원함으로써 표시 품질이 우수한 VA LCD 구동도 가능합니다. +105℃ 동작을 지원하고 최대 4 출력의 범용 출력을 제어함으로써, LED 소자 등의 점등이 가능합니다. 또한, 최대 30key의 키 스캔 기능을 내장하여 PCB 상의 배선 삭감, MCU의 소형화, 비용 절감도 가능합니다.
