USB 포트용 듀얼 High-side 스위치는 USB (Universal Serial Bus) 전원 라인에 사용되는 전류 제한 기능을 탑재한 High-side 스위치입니다. 스위치부에는 저 ON 저항 Nch MOSFET를 2회로 내장하였습니다. 또한, 과전류 검출, 온도 보호, 저전압 lock out, 소프트 스타트 기능을 내장하고 있습니다.
