REFACDC039 - Reference Design

Isolated AC voltage detection zero crossing

BM1Z002FJ-EVK-002 outputs zero-crossing signals from 90 Vac to 264 Vac inputs. The evaluation board is mounted with BM1Z002FJ which outputs hight precision zero cross timing of targeted AC voltage.

  • BM1Z002FJ will provide power less down to 1/10 of what conventional zwro cross signal generator circuit consumed.
  • The evaluation board is also mounted with power supply for the IC.
